Located in New Prague, MN  Ettlins Cafe is family owned from scratch restaurant and is always looking to the future.

Since we took over the restaurant in 2012 we have been constantly improving upon what we do. From updates to the menu, sourcing more ingredients locally and keeping our own honey bees for our food, we along with our staff truly put our hearts and souls into the cafe. We look forward to the future with more garden space and apple trees and serving great customers who many we now consider friends.

A and E Honey

Our honey bees are a Hygienic Carniolan breed and produce wonderful honey! We sell honey to the public and also use it in our recipes. As bees continue to struggle in our ever-changing world. We believe the only way forward is a small hands-on approach at a local level. The honey bee is a must in our world for food production. My wife (Christina) and myself started this venture years ago for fun and to teach our kids something different, Our daughter (Ella) now gives a helping hand during the summer with beekeeping duties.
