The Ettlin’s cafe strives to exceed in the quality of food and drinks it offers. Our coffee comes in whole beans from driven coffee roasters in Minneapolis. 90 percent of our meats are sourced locally. Our breads are baked locally. Produce is sourced locally when available. Ettlin’s also concerned about the environment. We recycle where we can, compost what we can, and keep an eye towards the future.
